Hot Brie and Pesto Dip

• 8 ounces, weight Brie Cheese
• 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese (low Fat Fine)
• 2 Tablespoons Basil Pesto
• 2 Tablespoons Shredded Parmesan Cheese
• 2 Tablespoons Toasted Pine Nuts
• 2 ounces, fluid Sweet White Wine

1. Combine all ingredients in an oven-safe dish and bake for 20 minutes at 375 degrees .
2. Stir about halfway through.
3. Let cool a few minutes and then serve with a sliced baguette or water crackers.
