Simple Peach Cobbler Recipe
- 2 (16 ounce.) cans peach slices w/juice
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. nuts, minced (optional)
- Lay peaches and juice in bottom of a baking dish.
- Sprinkle dry cake mix on top of peaches.
- Dot with the butter.
- Sprinkle pecans or possibly other type of nuts on top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min or possibly till cobbler is golden brown.
- Serve hot with ice cream.
- This makes several servings.
