Beth's Fresh Sorrel Salad Dressing Recipe
- 1 lrg Bunch sorrel leaves (12-15) stems removed
- 5 sprg fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 c. Fresh parsley leaves
- 1/2 c. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 x Garlic clove
- 2 x Oranges, fresh juice of Salt and pepper to taste
- Combine all ingredients and whirl together till liquified in a blender.
- Add in salt and pepper to taste and toss with any fresh lettuce salad.
- Shepherd writes: "The combination of lemony sorrel with basil and orange juice makes a scrumptious light herbal dressing."
