Butterscotch Caramel Pudding (Or Pie Filling) Recipe

  1. Brown the butter; add in the brown sugar.
  2. Stir till sugar is mostly melted.
  3. Add in water and boil for 10 min.
  4. Add in lowfat milk, and before it comes to a boil, add in the remaining ingredients, that have been stirred together.
  5. Stir into warm mix and cook until thick.
