Easy Taco Bake
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 2 cups Salsa
- 1 envelope (1 Oz. Packet) Taco Seasoning Mix
- 1 can (about 14 Oz. Size) Pillsbury Refrigerated Pizza Crust
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Lettuce, If Desired
- Chopped Tomato, If Desired
- Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly spray a 9-inch pie pan with nonstick cooking spray or use a cast iron skillet.
- In a large skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat, then drain.
- Stir in salsa and taco seasoning mix.
- Simmer for 10 minutes.
- While ground beef mixture is cooking, unroll pizza crust and place into pie pan or skillet, pressing over the bottom and up the sides of the pan to form a crust.
- Spoon meat mixture into crust.
- Top with cheese.
- Bake for 2224 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Garnish with lettuce and tomato, if desired.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
