Ratatouille Lasagna

  1. Place first 6 ingredients into baking dish.
  2. Sprinkle with oil and rosemary.
  3. Bake in moderate oven (180 C) for 50 minutes.
  4. Cook lasagne according to packet instructions.
  5. Drain to serve.
  6. To serve layer lasagne and baked vegetable onto serving plates and drizzle with pan juices.
  7. If you have balsamic glaze available drizzle a tiny amount around the plate.

zucchini, roma tomatoes, white onions, red, yellow, garlic, olive oil, fresh rosemary, noodles
