Sweet And Sour Onions

  1. Cook onions and olive oil over medium high heat, stirring, until golden, about 8 minutes.
  2. Add caraway seeds; cook, stirring, 30 seconds.
  3. Add red wine vinegar, brown sugar and salt; cook, stirring until the onions are glazed, 1 minute.
  4. *This makes a great topping for sausages or burgers*.
