Butter Stir-Fried Chikuwa with Shio-Konbu
- 2 Chikuwa
- 1/2 Japanese leek
- 10 grams Shio-kombu
- 10 grams Butter
- 1 Sliced red chili pepper
- 1 dash Pepper
- Cut the chikuwa and leek diagonally.
- Heat the butter in a frying pan, add the sliced red chili peppers and leek, then stir-fry.
- Add the chikuwa, and continue stir-frying.
- Next add the shio-konbu, sprinkle with pepper, and stir-fry for a little more.
- Serve on a plate.
- This dish is great for bento or as a drinking appetizer.
