Butter Stir-Fried Chikuwa with Shio-Konbu

  1. Cut the chikuwa and leek diagonally.
  2. Heat the butter in a frying pan, add the sliced red chili peppers and leek, then stir-fry.
  3. Add the chikuwa, and continue stir-frying.
  4. Next add the shio-konbu, sprinkle with pepper, and stir-fry for a little more.
  5. Serve on a plate.
  6. This dish is great for bento or as a drinking appetizer.
