Macaroon Kiss Cookies

  1. Beat butter, cream cheese and sugar in large bowl until well blended.
  2. Add egg yolk, almond extract and orange juice; beat well.
  3. Stir together flour, baking powder and salt.
  4. Gradually add flour mixture to butter mixture.
  5. Stir in 3 c. coconut.
  6. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or until firm enough to handle.
  7. Shape dough into balls; roll in coconut and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven and immediately press Hershey Kiss on top of each cookie.
  9. Makes about 4 dozen cookies.
