Cafe Granita

  1. COMBINE prepared coffee with liqueur.
  2. POUR into 2 ice cube trays.
  3. Freeze 4 hours.
  4. WHIRL coffee cubes in blender or food processor until slushy.
  5. Divide among 4 glasses.
  6. Add 1 or 2 scoops low fat vanilla or chocolate frozen yogurt to each glass.
  7. Top with whipped topping.
