Velvet Waffles
- 2 cups flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3 egg yolks, well beaten
- 1 14 cups milk
- 12 cup Wesson Oil
- 3 egg whites, stiffly beaten
- Sift flour, baking powder, salt and sugar into mixing bowl then set aside.
- Mix the milk and oil with the well beaten egg yolks.
- Combine the wet mixture into the dry mixture then beat until barely smooth (don't over beat but there should be no lumps).
- Fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites.
- Bake on hot waffle iron.
