Balsamic Vinaigrette Asparagus

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees farenheit.
  2. Put trimmed asparagus into a 9x12 inch pan.
  3. Add sliced red onion and mix in the vinaigrette along with salt and pepper.
  4. Cook for approx 10 minutes.
  5. Once removed from the oven sprinkle immediately with the cheese.
  6. Enjoy!
