Ring Of Fire Chili

  1. Brown ground chuck in large skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain.
  2. Saute onions and garlic in oil in skillet for 10 minutes. Add oregano, chili powder, cumin, red pepper, tomato paste, salt and pepper; mix well.
  3. Stir in bouillon cubes dissolved in water and beer.
  4. Add ground chuck; mix well.
  5. Simmer, covered, for 1 1/2 hours.
  6. Add beans.
  7. Simmer for 30 minutes longer.
  8. May chill overnight and reheat for best flavor.
  9. Serve with plenty of bread and beer.
  10. Yield:
  11. 10 servings.
