Bojangles Biscuits Recipe
- 2 c. self-rising flour
- 2 teaspoon 10X powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1/3 c. Crisco
- Mix flour, sugar, baking pwdr and Crisco.
- Stir till little balls appear like cornbread.
- Add in buttermilk and stir quickly, till mix does not stick to the side of bowl.
- Turn out on floured bowl.
- Roll around with hand about 5 min.
- Roll dough 1/2 inch thick with rolling pin.
- Cut with 3 1/2 inch cutter.
- Grease baking pan.
- Dip biscuits into butter before baking (1/2 stick for recipe).
- Bake at 400 degrees for 15 min.
