Microwave-Steamed Bread with Soymilk and Sesame for Toddlers
- 4 tbsp Cake flour
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 50 ml Soy milk
- 1 tbsp Black sesame seeds
- Put all the ingredients in a bowl and combine it with a whisk.
- Pour the batter into silicone cups and microwave at 600 W for 1 minute and 30 seconds and they are done.
- This bread is made with kinako (toasted soy flour) instead of black sesame seeds and regular milk instead of soy milk.
- You can also add grated cheese.
- Change the black sesame seeds to raisins, soy milk to regular milk, and add a pinch of cinnamon power.
- This bread has microwaved kabocha squash in it.
- I made it into donuts shapes for my little one.
- These have apples and sliced cheese.
- They don't look too great, but the taste is excellent!
