Vegetable Marinade with Tangy Dressing
- 23 cup vinegar
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- 12 cup sugar
- 14 cup vegetable oil
- 1 (15 1/4 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 (15 ounce) can peas, drained
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can cut green beans, drained
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 (4 ounce) jar pimentos, sliced or diced,drained
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- Heat together vinegar, pepper, salt, sugar and oil until dissolved; set aside to cool Place vegetables in large container and pour dressing over mixture and refrigerate.
