• 3/4 cup non-fat strawberry yogurt
• 1/2 cup skim milk
• 1/2 cup orange juice
• 1 medium banana (ripe)
• 1 tsp honey
• 1 handful of crushed ice

1. blend all ingredients in blender

nonfat, milk, orange juice, banana, honey, handful
