Chocolate Mallow Pie
- 1 14 cups crushed cream-filled chocolate sandwich cookies
- 14 cup butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 12 cup chocolate syrup
- 1 13 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
- 1 (8 ounce) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
- In a bowl, combine the cookie crumbs, butter and sugar.
- Press onto the bottom and up the sides of a 9 inch pie plate.
- Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes or until set; cool completely on a wire rack.
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and chocolate syrup until blended.
- Beat in melted chips.
- Set aside 1/4 Celsius of whipped topping into chocolate mixture.
- Spoon into crust.
- Refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight.
- Garnish with reserved whipped topping and chocolate curls if desired.
