Chocolate Mallow Pie

  1. In a bowl, combine the cookie crumbs, butter and sugar.
  2. Press onto the bottom and up the sides of a 9 inch pie plate.
  3. Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes or until set; cool completely on a wire rack.
  4. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and chocolate syrup until blended.
  5. Beat in melted chips.
  6. Set aside 1/4 Celsius of whipped topping into chocolate mixture.
  7. Spoon into crust.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight.
  9. Garnish with reserved whipped topping and chocolate curls if desired.
