Chocolate Mousse Torte
- 1 pkg. (9 oz.) STELLA D'ORO CHOCOLATE BREAKFAST TREATS Cookies, divided
- 6 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
- 2 cups cold milk
- 2 pkg. (4-serving size each) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding
- 2-1/2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, divided
- 1 square BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, shaved
- Crush 6 of the cookies in food processor or plastic bag until fine crumbs form; mix with butter.
- Press firmly onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
- Stand remaining 6 cookies, long-sides down and top-sides facing out, around side of pan.
- Refrigerate until ready to fill.
- Pour milk into large bowl.
- Add dry pudding mixes.
- Beat with wire whisk 2 min.
- or until well blended.
- Let stand 5 min.
- Gently stir in 2 cups of the whipped topping.
- Spoon into prepared crust; top with the remaining 1/2 cup whipped topping and the shaved chocolate.
- Refrigerate 2 hours or until ready to serve.
- Cut into 8 slices to serve.
- Store leftover dessert in refrigerator.
