Mongolian Stew Recipe
- 1 pound minced beef
- 1/2 c. minced carrots
- 1/2 gal. beef broth
- 1/2 c. minced onions
- Healthy pinch of parsley
- 2 tbsp. Tabasco
- Dash of seasoning salt
- 1/2 pound pinto beans
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 3 minced potatoes
- 3 tbsp. salt
- Combine ingredients and cook in pressure cooker for 2 hrs on medium heat.
