Apple Sour Cream Pie Recipe

  1. Mix 3/4 c. sugar and 2 Tbsp flour; add in lowfat sour cream, egg, vanilla and salt.
  2. Add in apples; pour into unbaked pie shell (9" pie pan).
  3. Bake at 425 degrees F for 20 min.
  4. Combine 1/3 c. sugar with 1 tsp cinnamon and 1/3 c. flour; cut in butter.
  5. Sprinkle over pie and return to oven.
  6. Bake another 20 min at 325 degrees F.
