Apple Sour Cream Pie Recipe
- 2 c. finely minced tart apples (peeled)
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Flour
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream (Lite work fine)
- 1 x egg
- 1 x pie shell, unbaked Topping
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1/4 c. butter
- Mix 3/4 c. sugar and 2 Tbsp flour; add in lowfat sour cream, egg, vanilla and salt.
- Add in apples; pour into unbaked pie shell (9" pie pan).
- Bake at 425 degrees F for 20 min.
- Combine 1/3 c. sugar with 1 tsp cinnamon and 1/3 c. flour; cut in butter.
- Sprinkle over pie and return to oven.
- Bake another 20 min at 325 degrees F.
