Poached Salmon

  1. Combine lemon juice, white wine, brown sugar, dill and garlic in a skillet.
  2. Next, bring mixture to boil and simmer for a few minutes allowing it to reduce by half.
  3. Place salmon steaks and clamp lid down.
  4. Cook for about 4 minutes on each side.
