Cream Cheese Chicken

  1. Lay chicken in 4 quart or larger crockpot.
  2. Sprinkle with Italian dressing mix.
  3. Sprinkle onions on top.
  4. Press fresh garlic on top of all.
  5. Cook on low for 6-7 hours.
  6. About 45 minutes before youre ready to eat, remove the chicken and set aside.
  7. Add the cream cheese and soup to crockpot.
  8. Stir occasionally until smooth.
  9. While the cream cheese is melting, cut the chicken into bite sized pieces.
  10. Once the cream cheese and soup are smooth, add the chicken back to the crockpot.
  11. Note: This dish is wonderful served over rice or pasta.
  12. Its also good served with a side of mashed potatoes.
