Ham and Brie Panini
- 2 slices bread (I use rustic italian)
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 2 slices ham
- 2 ounces brie cheese, sliced
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Heat panini grill.
- spread slice of bread with dijon and the other with honey.
- lay ham on dijon side and brie on honey side.
- spread the outside of both slices with butter.
- place on grill until golden brown.
