Tasty, Terrific Quiche

• 1/2 lb. cooked, drained sausage, hamburger,
• any other chopped meat
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1/2 cup milk
• 2 eggs beaten
• 1 tbsp. cornstarch
• 1-1/2 grated sharp cheddar cheese, Swiss,
• any other cheese
• 1/3 cup onion, chopped
• 1 packaged deep pie crust

1. Bake pie crust for 5 minutes in 350F oven (so bottom of Quiche will not be soggy).
2. Mix above ingredients and pour into the prepared pie crust.
3. Bake at 350F for 35 to 40 minutes.
4. Cool 5 minutes before slicing.
