Six-Layer Dip

  1. Mash half the avocado with cream cheese until blended.
  2. Stir in serrano chiles and lime juice; spread onto bottom of pie plate.
  3. Mix sour cream and chipotle peppers; spread over cream cheese mixture.
  4. Chop remaining avocado; mix with salsa.
  5. Spread over sour cream layer; cover with remaining ingredients.
  6. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
