Six-Layer Dip
- 1 fully ripe avocado, cut in half, divided Target 10 ea For $10.00 thru 02/06
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 serrano chile, stemmed, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice Safeway 3 ct For $1.00 thru 02/09
- 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 2 chipotle chile peppers, chopped (about 2 Tbsp.)
- 1/3 cup salsa
- 1 small tomato, seeded, chopped
- 3/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Mash half the avocado with cream cheese until blended.
- Stir in serrano chiles and lime juice; spread onto bottom of pie plate.
- Mix sour cream and chipotle peppers; spread over cream cheese mixture.
- Chop remaining avocado; mix with salsa.
- Spread over sour cream layer; cover with remaining ingredients.
- Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
