15 Minute Curried Chicken Salad
- 2 cups water
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1-1/2 tsp. curry powder
- 2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
- 1 cup chopped cooked chicken or ham
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
- 1 medium red or green pepper, chopped
- Mix water, bouillon cubes and curry powder in medium saucepan.
- Bring to boil on medium-high heat.
- Stir in rice; cover.
- Remove from heat.
- Let stand 5 minutes.
- Cool.
- Add chicken, mayo and red pepper; mix lightly.
