15 Minute Curried Chicken Salad

  1. Mix water, bouillon cubes and curry powder in medium saucepan.
  2. Bring to boil on medium-high heat.
  3. Stir in rice; cover.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Let stand 5 minutes.
  6. Cool.
  7. Add chicken, mayo and red pepper; mix lightly.
