Easy Ham and Potato Casserole

  1. Combine all ingredients except cheese in a 3-1/2 quart crockpot.
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Cover and cook on LO heat for 8 hours.
  4. If you wish to top with cheese, do so at the end of the cooking time.
  5. Recover the crockpot and wait until cheese gets melty.
