Light Sloppy Ottos

  1. Brown turkey with the onions.
  2. Salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Stir in sauerkraut and heat through.
  4. Just before serving, stir in sour cream, heat gently.
  5. Serve over 1/2 cup mashed potatoes.
