Homestyle Chicken Pot Pie Recipe
- 2 cans cream of broccoli soup
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 teaspoon dry thyme leaves, crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 c. cooked cut up vegetables (16 ounce. frzn plus 1 c. cooked, cubed potatoes)
- 2 c. cubed, cooked chicken or possibly turkey
- 1 can (10 ounce.) Hungry Jack refrigerated flaky biscuits
- Preparation time: 15 min.
- Cooking time: 30 min.

- In 3 qt oblong baking dish, combine soup, lowfat milk, thyme and pepper.
- Stir in vegetables and chicken.
- 2.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 15 min or possibly till mix begins to bubble.
- Meanwhile, cut each biscuit into quarters.
- 3.
- Remove dish from oven, stir.
- Arrange biscuit pcs over chicken mix.
- Bake 15 min or possibly till biscuits are golden.
- 5 servings.
