Whacky / Wacky Cake

• 1 12 cups flour
• 1 cup sugar
• 14 cup cocoa powder
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 12 teaspoon salt
• 1 tablespoon white vinegar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 13 cup oil
• 1 cup cold water

1. grease and flour 8 by 8 inch pan.
2. double the recipe for 9 by 13 inch pan.
3. combine dry ingredients in bowl.
4. add liquid ingredients gradually, beating until smooth (starting on low and increasing to high).
5. beat about 5 minutes.
6. bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes.
7. toothpick test.
8. enjoy!
