Mike'S Meat Loaf

• 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
• 1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian salad dressing mix
• 1 tsp. pepper
• 1 tsp. seasoned salt
• 1 large onion, chopped
• 1/2 green pepper, chopped
• 2 carrots, grated
• 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
• 3/4 c. bread crumbs
• 3/4 bottle Heinz chili sauce
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
• 1/2 c. catsup
• 1/4 bottle chili sauce
• 1/4 c. brown sugar
• 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

1. Mix all ingredients together except the last 4 and shape into a loaf.
2. Bake at 350u0b0 for 1 hour. Remove from oven. Top meat loaf with a mixture of the catsup, chili sauce, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce.
3. Cook 1/2 hour longer, then remove and serve after cooling 15 minutes.
