Pistachio-Almond Butter
- 12 cup pistachio nut
- 12 cup blanched almond
- 14 cup butter, cut into pieces (no substitutes)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon finely shredded orange rind
- 3 tablespoons orange juice
- Combine pistachio nuts, almonds, butter, honey, orange peel, and orange juice in a food processor bowl.
- Cover and process until mixture is the consistency of butter.
- Serve at once or cover and chill.
- Serve with apple or pear wedges.
