Blender Pineapple Sherbet Recipe
- 2 Large eggs, separated
- 18 sugar substitutes
- 1 can crushed pineapple in own juice
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 c. buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon unflavored gelatin
- 1 tbsp. water
- Combine egg yolks, sugar, pineapple including juice, lemon juice, and buttermilk in a blender.
- Blend well.
- Soften gelatin in water in a small saucepan over low heat till dissolved.
- Add in this to the blender mix and blend.
- Place the mix in ice trays and freeze.
- When frzn place in the blender.
- Blend and serve.
