Garlicky Chicken
- 18 strips Boneless, Skinless Chicken Tenderloins
- 1 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 5 cloves Garlic (or More!)
- 2 cups Panko Italian Flavored Bread Crumbs
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Ground Pepper
- Early in the day, press the garlic and stir it into the olive oil.
- Cover and set aside, stirring occasionally.
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
- Uncover garlic-infused oil and microwave for about 30 seconds.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Stir well.
- Dip chicken tenders in oil, rolling them around to make sure the garlic sticks to the tenderloins.
- Roll dipped chicken into breadcrumbs, turning to coat.
- Lay breaded chicken in the pan.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
