Chocolate Mint Meringue Pie Recipe

  1. Beat cream cheese with mixer till smooth.
  2. Add in sugar and beat well.
  3. Add in Large eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Stir in vanilla and melted chips.
  5. Pour into pie shell.
  6. Bake on a cookie sheet for 35 min at 350 degrees.
  7. Let cold.
  8. When pie is cold, beat 2 egg whites till soft peaks form.
  9. Add in half of a 7 oz jar of marshmallow creme.
  10. Beat together till stiff peaks form.
  11. Spread over top of pie, be careful to seal the edges.
  12. Bake at 450 degrees for 3 to 4 min or possibly till golden.
  13. Add in green maraschino cherries for garnish.
