BLT Brunchwich
- 24 each bagels, split
- 24 each lettuce leaves
- 24 slices tomato slices
- 24 each eggs
- 1-1/2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup DURKEE Hot Sauce
- 3 cups bell peppers, chopped
- 48 each OSCAR MAYER Bacon slices, cooked
- For each serving: Cover bottom half of bagel with 1 lettuce leaf and 1 tomato slice.
- Beat 1 egg, 1 Tbsp.
- milk and 1/2 tsp.
- hot sauce with wire whisk until blended.
- Set aside.
- Saute 2 Tbsp.
- bell peppers in small skillet for 2 to 3 minutes or until crisp-tender.
- Add egg mixture; cook 2 minutes or until eggs are set, stirring frequently.
- Spoon onto bottom half of bagel; cover with 2 bacon slices and top of bagel.
