BLT Brunchwich

  1. For each serving: Cover bottom half of bagel with 1 lettuce leaf and 1 tomato slice.
  2. Beat 1 egg, 1 Tbsp.
  3. milk and 1/2 tsp.
  4. hot sauce with wire whisk until blended.
  5. Set aside.
  6. Saute 2 Tbsp.
  7. bell peppers in small skillet for 2 to 3 minutes or until crisp-tender.
  8. Add egg mixture; cook 2 minutes or until eggs are set, stirring frequently.
  9. Spoon onto bottom half of bagel; cover with 2 bacon slices and top of bagel.
