Orzo with Clams, Zucchini and Lemon

  1. Bring a large saucepan of lightly salted water to a boil.
  2. Add orzo and cook, stirring occasionally, 4 minutes.
  3. Stir in zucchini and cook 3 minutes or until zucchini and orzo are tender.
  4. Drain in a colander; return to pot.
  5. Meanwhile whisk soup, water and milk in a medium saucepan until blended.
  6. Bring to a boil.
  7. Stir in clams and lemon juice and heat through.
  8. Pour over pasta and mix well.
  9. Sprinkle with cheese and pepper; stir to mix and coat.
  10. Serve in shallow bowls.
