Crispy Wild Buffalo Sub
- 6 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1-1/2 lb.)
- 1 pkt. SHAKE 'N BAKE Extra Crispy Seasoned Coating Mix
- 6 KRAFT Big Slice Pepper Jack Cheese Slices
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Mayo Hot & Spicy Flavored Mayonnaise
- 6 submarine rolls, partially split
- 3 stalks celery, cut diagonally into thin slices
- Heat oven to 400F.
- Coat chicken with coating mix as directed on package; place on foil-covered baking sheet.
- Bake 20 min.
- or until done (165 degrees F).
- Top with cheese; bake 2 min.
- or until melted.
- Spread mayo onto cut sides of rolls; fill with chicken and celery.
