Crispy Wild Buffalo Sub

  2. Coat chicken with coating mix as directed on package; place on foil-covered baking sheet.
  3. Bake 20 min.
  4. or until done (165 degrees F).
  5. Top with cheese; bake 2 min.
  6. or until melted.
  7. Spread mayo onto cut sides of rolls; fill with chicken and celery.
