Italian Sausage with Potatoes and Peppers

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Combine all ingredients except Italian Sausage in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Make sure everything is coated with the wine, oil and seasoning.
  4. Grease a 9X13 inch casserole dish and pour ingredients in.
  5. Top with Italian Sausage and cover with foil.
  6. Bake for 1 hour.
  7. Remove the foil and bake 10 minutes longer.
