Italian Sausage with Potatoes and Peppers
- 1 whole Onion, Chopped
- 1 whole Green Pepper, Chopped
- 1 whole Red Pepper Chopped
- 3 whole Cloves Of Garlic, Minced
- 4 whole Large Red Skin Potatoes, Chopped
- 2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
- 1/4 cups Olive Oil
- 1/4 cups Dry White Wine
- 1 package Italian Sausage (Spicy Or Hot Is Preferred)
- 1 pinch Salt And Pepper, to taste
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Combine all ingredients except Italian Sausage in a large mixing bowl.
- Make sure everything is coated with the wine, oil and seasoning.
- Grease a 9X13 inch casserole dish and pour ingredients in.
- Top with Italian Sausage and cover with foil.
- Bake for 1 hour.
- Remove the foil and bake 10 minutes longer.
