BAKER'S Bacon-Caramel Swirl Brownies

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Line 13x9-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides.
  3. Spray with cooking spray.
  4. Microwave unsweetened chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min.
  5. or until butter is melted; stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
  6. Add sugar and eggs; mix well.
  7. Stir in flour; pour into prepared pan.
  8. Microwave caramels and cream in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min.
  9. or until caramels begin to melt; stir until caramels are completely melted and mixture is well blended.
  10. Stir in 1/2 cup bacon.
  11. Drop, in spoonfuls, over batter in pan; swirl gently.
  12. Bake 30 min.
  13. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs.
  14. (Do not overbake.)
  15. Cool completely.
  16. Melt semi-sweet chocolate as directed on package; drizzle over brownie.
  17. Sprinkle with remaining bacon.
  18. Let stand until chocolate glaze is firm.
  19. Use foil handles to remove brownie from pan before cutting to serve.
