Cacciatore-Style Chicken Bake
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 pkg. (120 g) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken
- 1 lb. (450 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 small each red and green pepper, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cups Classico di Napoli Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce
- Heat oven to 425F.
- Add hot water to stuffing mix; stir just until moistened.
- Set aside.
- Combine chicken, peppers and onions in 8-inch square baking dish; cover with pasta sauce and stuffing.
- Bake 30 min.
- or until chicken is done an ingredients are heated through.
