Cable Car

• 1 lemon wedge
• Superfine sugar
• Ice
• 2 ounces spiced rum
• 3/4 ounce orange curacao
• 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
• 1 orange twist

1. Moisten the outer rim of a martini glass with the lemon wedge and coat with sugar.
2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
3. Add the rum, curacao and lemon juice; shake well.
4. Strain into the martini glass; garnish with the twist.
