Cottage Shells 'N Spinach

• 1 pkg. (7 oz.) small shell macaroni, uncooked
• 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained
• 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN 2% Milkfat Low Fat Cottage Cheese
• 1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
• 1/2 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
• 1/2 cup finely chopped red onions

1. Cook macaroni as directed on package; drain.
2. Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl.
3. Add macaroni; toss lightly.
