Speedy Cucumber Namul
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 Sesame oil (for stir frying)
- 1 tsp or more Dashida
- 1 tsp Boiling hot water (optional)
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 as much (to taste) Sesame seeds
- Rinse the cucumbers and cut into chunks at a 70 angle rolling towards you each after each cut.
- Dilute 1 teaspoon of dashida in boiling hot water (optional).
- Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and saute.
- Coat the cucumbers with oil, then add the dashida from Step 2.
- Season with salt.
