Speedy Cucumber Namul

  1. Rinse the cucumbers and cut into chunks at a 70 angle rolling towards you each after each cut.
  2. Dilute 1 teaspoon of dashida in boiling hot water (optional).
  3. Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and saute.
  4. Coat the cucumbers with oil, then add the dashida from Step 2.
  5. Season with salt.
