So Saucy Smothered Chicken

  1. Heat the oil in a large pot.
  2. Fry the chicken, onion and mushrooms together for about 4-5 minutes.
  3. Add the garlic and fry until fragrant.
  4. Add the soup mix and soups and stir well.
  5. Cook until almost boiling and reduce to a low simmer.
  6. Add the vegetables and simmer for 15-20 minutes (or vegetables are all cooked).
  7. Serve and enjoy.
