Moms Hoagie Dip

  1. Cut sliced lunch meats and cheese into cubes.
  2. Separate slightly and put in large mixing bowl.
  3. In a measuring cup, measure out your 1 cup of mayonnaise.
  4. Use real Mayo and not Miracle Whip.
  5. Add just enough oil to may to make it a wetter texture- you do not want it to be too runny.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Add mayo mixture to meat and cheese in bowl.
  8. Slice the grape tomatoes into halves or thirds and add to bowl.
  9. Add Oregano, salt and pepper.
  10. Mix well.
  11. Chill for at least 1-2 hours before serving.
  12. Serve with sliced fresh bread, crackers, or mini rolls.
