Moms Hoagie Dip
- 1 pound Sliced Ham
- 1/4 pounds Sliced Genoa Salami
- 1/4 pounds Sliced Provolone Cheese
- 1 cup (Real) Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cups Vegetable Oil Or As Needed
- 1 cup Grape Or Cherry Tomatoes, Halved
- 1 Tablespoon Oregano (fresh Or Dried)
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 1 loaf Fresh French Bread, Sliced
- Cut sliced lunch meats and cheese into cubes.
- Separate slightly and put in large mixing bowl.
- In a measuring cup, measure out your 1 cup of mayonnaise.
- Use real Mayo and not Miracle Whip.
- Add just enough oil to may to make it a wetter texture- you do not want it to be too runny.
- Mix well.
- Add mayo mixture to meat and cheese in bowl.
- Slice the grape tomatoes into halves or thirds and add to bowl.
- Add Oregano, salt and pepper.
- Mix well.
- Chill for at least 1-2 hours before serving.
- Serve with sliced fresh bread, crackers, or mini rolls.
