Cocktail Meat Balls

  1. Mix beef, bread crumbs, onion, milk, egg and next 4 ingredients (parsley, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce).
  2. Gently shape into 1-inch balls.
  3. Melt shortening in large skillet.
  4. Brown meat balls.
  5. Remove meat balls from skillet.
  6. Pour off fat.
  7. Heat chili sauce and jelly in skillet, stirring constantly until jelly is melted.
  8. Add meat balls and stir well and until completely coated. Simmer uncovered for 30 minutes.
