Sweet Potato Casserole

• 3 round cans of yams (drained)
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
• 1 packages marshmallows (or enough to cover the dish)
• 1 few pads of butter

1. preheat oven to 350
2. whip yams in 8 x 8 casserole dish
3. whip in brown sugar.
4. cinnamon.
5. and pumpkin pie spice.
6. dot with butter
7. cook for 20 minutes in oven
8. place marshmallows on top and cook for additional 10 to 15 minutes or until marshmallow tops are golden brown
