Sour Cream & Onion Crusted Pork Chops

  1. Clean chops and set to the side; preheat oven at 375F.
  2. Using a gallon size Ziploc bag, combine chips and seasoning.
  3. Use either a mallet or rolling pin to crush chips.
  4. Place each chops in bag to make sure it's covered in both sides.
  5. Place on baking sheet lined with foil or on wire baking rack.
  6. Place chops in oven and cook for 30-35 min.
  7. You can plate it with your favorite pasta.
  8. Enjoy!!!
